The Un-Good Gang[]

An organization of villains, under the leadership of Julius Servo(Bellington), the son of James Bellington, the Magnus' Family butler. Throughout, and before the timeline, of Season 1, they operated out of the "Fortress of Bad Things"(or simply "The Fortress"). Dr. Servo, along with fellow scientist, Ice-Guy, a time-travelling pirate, Captain Patches, and a hybrid plant/A.I. creation, Pumpkin Head--the Un-Good Gang were set on taking over the City. Servo, having lost control of his former Dark Assassin--Kid Shadow--was set on enslaving his former "pupil" once more. Using his lackies, including his genetic experiments, The Twins, and with the help of the SOCIETY, an alien Chicken-like-being, Big Cluck.

Ultimately, his efforts would prove worthless, as Season 1's ending had the Un-Good Gang be defeated for the most part, by Hero-Man and Sidekick Kid.

Dr. Julius Bellington/Dr. Servo[]

Herofrost16

James and Julius Bellington

Born Julius Bellington, to parents James and Kathleen Bellington, his family moved to The City in the 1980's. While James and Kathleen both went to work for the Magnus', James as a butler and Kathleen as a cook, Julius was in a Private School, hoping to one day become a doctor. It was here he realized he had a love for technology.

Herofrost19

Dr. Julius Bellington(Servo)

He graduated from Medical School in the late 90's, but sadly, while he was in school, his mother, Kathleen passed from a rare disease. He felt horrible, as he'd gotten so wrapped up in his education, and getting his degree. He also held his father responsible, as James had been working for years as a butler, and had never "paid attention" to Kathleen's health.

By this time, the Magnus' had been supposedly "killed" by the villainous traitor Neuro-Hawk, but James kept on working, helping a young Hammond. This caused Julius to grow more impatient, and he left the City, and never saw his Father again.

Joining the AGENCY shortly after, partially due to his love of the sciences, but also to turn his anger towards his father/sadness from his mother, into something productive, he became entranced in alien artifacts and pieces of strange technology--including Mercenary technology that had wound up on Earth years earlier.

Julius found an ancient text on the mystical portal system known as "Void", and developed technology to tap into the portals, enabling himself to travel to different worlds, and gain more than he could imagine. He discovered a way to track down portal coordinates, and was able to locate an injured Lord Skarn. It was then he also found out about Pico Bellamere's arrival.

After stealing a Merc Drone's arm, he betrayed Agent 11 and left soon used his own twisted means to convert him into a cyborg. Adopting the name "Servo", he began to turn his technology towards something "Un-Good". After creating a humanoid/pumpkin hybrid, Pumpkin Head. He also looked to hire another fellow scientist, Ice-Guy. As well as a pillaging pirate, Captain Patches.

He sent two of his Un-Good Gang; Ice-Guy and Captain Patches, who brought him an injured Pico, and soon changed the last surviving Bellamere into Kid Shadow. He then used his new assassin to cause more damage to the City, until Hero-Man, brought Pico to the good side, and he became Sidekick Kid. But even losing Kid Shadow, Servo still kept using his remaining Gang, to once again try to take over the City. At one point, he discovered Sidekick Kid, and confronted him. This set his old plan back into motion, and eventually set up a trap, to get Hero-Man. Hoping to bait Sidekick Kid into becoming Kid Shadow, which ultimately back-fired, and Servo was defeated. His last moment was being teleported off Earth, onto an orbiting UFO, sent from the "Stick Sphere"(an alien world inhabited by Stick Men--a reference to an earlier episode)

He appeared in a few Season 2 episodes in some flashbacks/memories of Sidekick Kid. As for his past betrayal of the AGENCY, Agent 58 has done some preliminary investigating of Julius Bellington's files, or what was left after most were stolen. 58's attention solely on the files pertaining to the Merc drones that were found in the famed "UFO" Crash in Roswell in 1947.

Captain Abbott James the IV/Captain Patches[]

Heroocean10

Captain Patches, as he held the Heroes on the Skullthorn

A Pirate-by-trade, Captain Abbott James the IV was born in the year 1689. His loyalty had once been to the British Crown, sailing under the Union Jack from 1711-to-1716. Patches was one of the most loyal Commanders-at-Sea, but when he returned home from being at Sea for over 18 months, he went to report to the Commandant of the Royal Fleet, but discovered that one of the relics he had recovered in a raid of a Spanish Port in the Caribbean contained something far more valuable than Gold, he felt betrayed. An Atlantean Amulet, the same Amulet that had once been given to Sybella Chronos, by her father Alexios(Lord Vidé), had been found in a chest. James then turned against the Crown, tracking down the Commandant, Bertram Bellington, and soon swore revenge. Burning the Union Jack flag that he had once proudly sailed under, a Jolly Roger soon became his banner and his entrance into the world of Piracy became History.

Pirating Christmas as "Santa Patches"

Years into his life as a pirate with his honorable and bloodthirsty crew, James had fought against British and Spanish ships alike. Earning the brutal scar and getting his eye cut deep in an attack on a ship commanded by Commandant Bellington. The Commandant escaped with his life, but James mortally wounded the man. The Amulet itself, was within the grasp of James, but it slipped into the stormy sea below. Days later, as the ship made port in a small island known as Snake Isle, James slipped on an eyepatch and adopted the brutal name and persona Captain Patches. It wasn't long later that Patches soon lost his hand, being fitted with a hook, and his look was complete. His infamy only increased across the Seven Seas, as Captain Patches and his loyal first mate, Sludge. In the year 1722, as his ship, renamed the "Skullthorn", was sailing back to it's port at Snake Isle, a Temporal Void Portal opened. According to the official record of the British Navy, the "Skullthorn" was lost at sea in a maelstrom. Arriving in the North River in the City, the temporally-misplaced Pirates were amazed by the modern world they now lived in. It didn't take long, but the Pirates soon made landfall, and began to raid the City, until Dr. Servo appeared through "magic"--a Void Portal. He eased the Pirates that he was their ally, and soon offered Patches a chest of gold doubloons and rare gems he'd stolen from a vault with Ice-Guy's help.

Captain Patches, facing off in "Hero-Man: The Movie"

Swearing his and his men's loyalty to Servo, Patches and his crew soon were rewarded for each profitable pillaging of the City's resources. This, however, was short-lived as Hero-Man and Sidekick Kid showed up and tried to stop them. The Heroes found themselves out-matched, and were then brought onboard the Skullthorn at sword-point. Luckily the Heroes' escaped, as the "animator" drew an Evil Angry Squirrel which chased Patches and his men. After Servo appeared and sent the illusion into a Void Portal, Patches went back to his next missions as a member of the Un-Good Gang.

Though there aren't many appearance for Captain Patches in Season 1, He once tried to steal Christmas, dressed as a faux Santa Claus. They even began selling arms to anyone, for the right amount of "Swag". Including Big Cluck. Upon his defeat, during the rescue of Hero-Man by Sidekick Kid, Captain Patches soon fled, back to his ship which was docked in the North River. He returned to the Sea, with all the gold and tech he could carry. The AGENCY kept tabs on him, until the Director ordered the focus be spent investigating the Repscallian threat instead.

Issac Gunther/Ice-Guy[]

Herotwo250

Ice-Guy(from Hero-Man: The Movie)

Like Servo, Ice-Guy is a scientist, with a love of anything frozen, icy or snowy. He, like Captain Patches, has no real backstory, other than that of robotics and other sciences. He first appeared in the first Christmas Special, when he sent his "Evil Snowmen" out to steal all the presents. But thankfully Hero-Man and Sidekick Kid stopped him, even thawing his "cold heart" and turning him good, in a very "Grinch'y" change, and helped deliver presents to the boys and girls of the City. He later returned, once again evil, and with an new Ice-Bot, which began his life of crime again. His final appearance was in the "Movie" episode, as he was confronted by Sidekick Kid, and knocked out before he could attack.

Born Issac Gunther, was a science geek from a young age. His parents moved from Poland, and once he arrived in the City, at age 15, his IQ of 278 was more than qualification to get him into the City University. He took to various sciences, as well as Ancient History--which was taught by a young Maximus Magnus, for a few semesters. Issac took to Maximus' course, but when his professor left after meeting Sybella Chronos, Issac, now a young adult, left and traveled home to Poland.

When his parents passed, he dove deeper into his work, developing robotics and tech that could work in a cold climate. At first for those living in the small village he grew up in, but soon as he felt the darkness seeping inside of him, that work became corrupt as well. He soon was contacted by a representative from the SOCIETY. When given the funds to build an army of his prototype Hack-Bots, he was flown back to the City, and took to a life of crime as he found joy in the mayhem his robots would unleash.

Servo flash19

Ice-Guy assisting Dr. Servo in corrupting Pico Bellamere into Kid Shadow

Dr. Julius Bellington, operating as Dr. Servo, out of a relic castle--known as the "Fortress(of Bad Things)", sought out Issac. Giving the now Mad Scientist more than he could desire to build all the robots and tech he could imagine, as well as he moniker "Ice-Guy", Servo now had a second member of his "Un-Good Gang". But, unlike the pillaging pirate, Captain Patches, "Ice-Guy" had a brain for deeper and more scientific schemes.

Ice-Guy helped track down the Portals that were opening from a connected Void frequency on Nashar--the first sending Lord Skarn to the City, wounded and in bad shape. The second portal, once Servo had learned from Skarn about the expected Pico Bellamere, opened, and once Pico was found he was captured and turned into the twisted dark assassin--Kid Shadow.

As Ice-Guy first appeared in the series, in the first Christmas Special, he used his Artificial Intelligence tech to turn simple snowmen into his Evil Snowmen army. Using these frozen minions, he tried to steal Christmas, only to have a Near-"Grinch" moment, and thanks to Hero-Man and Sidekick Kid's help, decided to temporarily change his ways, as the "cold hearted villain's Icy Heart" grew that Christmas Eve night. He decided to return the presents, saving the Holiday himself.

His next appearance he returned, with his "Snow Bot", which attacked the City, but as the Heroic-Combo showed up, he was defeated, as was his Snow Bot which was remote-controlled. Ice-Guy retreated, and set his sights on aiding Dr. Servo on turning Sidekick Kid back into Kid Shadow. This was a failed attempt, ultimately, however. Upon Dr. Servo's defeat, Ice-Guy came to, and saw Captain Patches had already fled with all the loot he could take. After being knocked out by Sidekick Kid's boomerang, the sense was knocked-back-into him, and he destroyed his research, robots, and all the evil machinations he'd built over the years. Finding images of his past, including his parents, he left the City, and returned home to Poland.

Pumpkin Head[]

Herogang64

Pumpkin Head as he and Captain Patches committed a petty theft in the City

A genetic hybrid/humanoid, created by Dr. Servo as he traveled via his Portal Generator. On Servo's arrival on the world of Hatar, he was taken prisoner by a platoon of Lord Draco's soldiers. Before he could be taken captive, Servo's recently surgically enhanced Merc claw/blaster arm proved useful enough to take out several soldiers. It was then that Draco himself appeared and noticed the invader from another world. Draco, impressed, made a deal with Servo--admiring his technology and lack of moral compass. Servo would share the portal technology, which he agreed to. In exchange, Draco would give Servo a sample of a a rare plant that Servo had noticed.

As Servo returned to his Fortress, he examined the specimen of Hatarian plant, and saw it was sentient. Knowing the possibilities were endless, he experimented on samples of the plant's DNA, and determined it could be crossbred with only a few local flora successfully. One of which was a common garden variety pumpkin. After splicing the two samples, it took only a few hours for the Hatarian plant's DNA to graft, and then almost like a virus, it took control of the pumpkin's genetic makeup, and began to grow exponentially until it took the form of a near-humanoid looking creature.

Pumpkin Head, showing signs of definite intelligence, as well as a fully articulate and beyond expectations. Servo used some stolen alien translation implants, ones he'd found on Octembris, and installed a rudimentary cerebral cortex, giving Pumpkin Head the ability to speak and follow orders, as well as the strange side-effect of a Russian accent. As Pumpkin Head became the fourth member of the Un-Good Gang, Servo set his sites on the Void Portal system again, sending Captain Patches and Ice-Guy after Pico Bellamere.

Soon after Kid Shadow was freed from the darkness by Hero-Man, Pumpkin Head began to prove his worth, and took a mission to attack one of many Taco Kingdom locations. The events, as shown in the Animated Series' pilot, led to Sidekick Kid joining, dubbing the villain "Veggie Guy". After his defeat, Pumpkin Head was back to working with Captain Patches in a foiled bank robbery, where he left a crucial piece of evidence for the Heroes to track, a letter from Dr. Servo, and ultimately a set-up for the eventual conclusion of Season 1's haphazard storyline.

Herofour2

Pumpkin Head, in her next crime, alongside The Twins, was looting a storage shed, when Hero-Man showed up. After a "Heroic"-Kick, Pumpkin Head laughed as it had been a set up, to capture the Hero, and use him as bait to trap Sidekick Kid. But all was for nothing, as once Sidekick Kid ultimately chose the side of GOOD over EVIL(with the help of a bag of Taco Kingdom tacos), Pumpkin Head, along with Ice-Guy and Captain Patches fell to the heroes. Once Dr. Servo was teleported by the Stick Men who had tracked down the villain, Pumpkin Head's implants and cortex were damaged, and only the plant hybrid remained.

As Lord Skarn emerged from his Stasis Chamber, shortly after Servo's defeat--a back up contingent plan, he saw the damaged sentient gourd, and decided the former creature to be nothing but compost.

The Twins[]

Twins christmas

The Twins, who were an attempt by Dr. Servo at cloning a portion of Lord Skarn's DNA with that of several genetic samples, turned into a pair of low-level minions. Servo put them to good use for missions, like to the Outskirts or other repositories of technology or spare items Servo has identified throughout the City.

Upon their first appearance in Episode 10("Double the Trouble, Double the Fun!"), they were assigned to look for a few missing components for the upgraded version of Ice-Guy's "Hack-Bot" drone. They, however, ran into Hero-Man and Sidekick Kid, and were easily captured with a bit of netting. Once the heroes left back to the City, Pumpkin Head came to the Twins' rescue, and took command as he had orders from Servo to set up a trap to capture Sidekick Kid. Servo had hopes of returning the Nasharian into his Dark Assassin.

After Servo, and the rest of the Un-Good Gang was defeated by the Heroic-Combo, the Twins tried to keep up the "bad" work, and successfully took control of a modified creation of Ice-Guy. The creation, a robotic Santa-Bot, the Twins nearly stole Christmas, but were easily "wrapped-up" by Hero-Man and Sidekick Kid. Trapped now in a large gift-wrapped box, the Twins were taken by the AGENCY. Agent 33 was assigned to interrogate them, when they escaped. Having enough ingenuity, they took a prototype Void Portal Enhancer, and opened a portal. One twin arrived on Dralar(on the world of T'Roa), while the other was sent to Harzn. The one who arrived on Dralar got a job on a Freighter, where, in an accident, had to have his right eye and arm replaced.

Big Cluck[]

Herocluck214

Big Cluck w/ his Egg cannon

A Chicken-like alien, from the Salzair system. He arrived on Earth in the early-2000s, with the best of intentions. He soon became a national celebrity, and became so popular and marketable that he became the spokes-chicken for a new fast-food chain in the City, The Big Cluck'n Hut. It became the closest thing to a rival chain to Taco Kingdom, that Big Cluck, as he was now called, began to get greedy. The AGENCY, who'd been investigating the alien, came to him, as Agent 33 told him that they knew about his extra-terrestrial origins. Big Cluck was too far gone, that he decided to steal from the restaurant chain, and fund a crime wave. Within a few years, Big Cluck had double-life. Appearing as a kind, happy Chicken for a fast-food joint(which served faux-chicken sandwiches), meanwhile he was in contact with the SOCIETY, who'd given him an army of "Egg Troops" that carry out his petty crimes of robbery and other misdemeanors. Dr. Servo, who'd captured and converted Pico Bellamere into Kid Shadow, had called upon Big Cluck to provide him with the means to further corrupt the Nasharian. This led to Kid Shadow being forced to eat endless Chick'n Sammich's(The BCH's #1 Item), which is not only the reason he hates chicken/eggs(which he associates with "EVIL"), but loves Tacos(which thusly turned him GOOD thanks to his first encounter with Hero-Man).

Cluckxmas207

"Santa Cluck", as he tries to ruin another Christmas

Big Cluck soon allied himself with Servo's soldier, Captain Patches, who supplied him with cheaply-made weapons(such as his "Egg Cannon"). When Hero-Man and Sidekick Kid were called to the scene by the Mayor's Assistant, the pair arrived and upon seeing Big Cluck, Sidekick Kid grew into a rage, as memories of his past as Kid Shadow resurfaced. With his Egg Troops surrounding the pair, it wasn't long for the Heroes to "Crack a few eggs", as they took out the troops, sending Big Click packing. He would return a few Christmas' later, disguised this time as "Santa Cluck", but a quick "wrapping-up" of the foe, from Hero-Man and Sidekick Kid, was the last time he would be seen by the Heroes. Shortly after Big Cluck was defeated, the SOCIETY sent a few Shadow Operatives to where he'd been left. Before the AGENCY could show up, they Shadow Operatives took him to the Controller(Kasmos), had his scientists open up the Portal Generator, and sent Big Cluck across the universe. He arrived on the world of Tolar, where Lord Draco, the dictator/overseer of the world, found the strange being, and had him sent into a conversion chamber. He soon became a cyborg-chicken known as Cy-Cluck.

Cy-Cluck

Cy-Cluck, Imprisoned in a Holding Cell

Now upgraded, Cy-Cluck would join a crew of Space Pirates, and travel across the Tolarian System, winding up in the Harznian System. Cy-Cluck was soon captured by Emodx and Hanlin, where they brought him aboard Edxon's Imperial Flagship. Cy-Cluck is a permanent prisoner aboard the Harznian ship, as it orbits T'Roa.
